At Wagner SprayTech, we stand behind the quality of our painting tools and equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your Wagner sprayer or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring all nozzles, hoses, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
